Cancellation Policy

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Orders

Cancellation by Customer

  • D2C orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is packed, processed, or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Cancellations must be initiated via customer account or by contacting support immediately.

Wholesale / B2B Orders

Cancellation Terms

  • Wholesale and B2B orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided processing has not begun.

  • Once sourcing, blending, packaging, labeling, or documentation has started, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Any advance payment made may be non-refundable depending on incurred costs.

Export Orders

Strict No-Cancellation Policy

  • Export orders are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed and production or documentation begins.

  • This includes activities such as:
    – Product sourcing or customization
    – Blending, packaging, or labeling
    – Regulatory, customs, or phytosanitary documentation

  • Cancellation requests due to buyer delay, change of market, or regulatory changes at destination are not accepted.

Cancellation by ASKBASKET

ASKBASKET reserves the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

  • Product unavailability or quality issues
  • Payment failure or verification issues
  • Pricing, listing, or technical errors
  • Force majeure events
    In such cases, applicable refunds will be processed as per channel terms.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: 7–12 business days, subject to banks, gateways, or international channels.
